Voters say YES to Norwood Library!

The voters of Norwood supported their library and created a new library district!  This is the third district library in the NCLS area, the others being Potsdam and Oswego.  The Norwood Library now has the financial stability to keep the doors open and plan for the future.
Congratulations to the Norwood Board of Trustees, the Friends of the Library and the library staff for persevering and getting this done.  They did not give up and as a result residents of Norwood are the real winners because they will continue to have a vibrant community library.
