Join us at the Norwood Public Library for a gentle/moderate yoga class, taught by Jean Benvenuto, a registered Kripalu yoga teacher. Improvements in strength, flexibility, and balance are known benefits of a regular yoga practice.
All levels of experience are welcome. Each session includes ground up instruction in postures and alignment.
Yoga mats, comfortable clothing, and a bottle of water are all you will need. This weekly class will be offered on Monday evenings from 6-7:15 p.m. Class cards ($50 for 6 classes) are recommended for this ongoing class.
