Whether you are relatively new to Yoga, or have been practicing for awhile, this free class is for you. Join RYT-200 Registered Yoga Instructor Kathy Wilcox for an hour of classic yoga poses combined with movement targeted to help increase mobility in the shoulders and hips – areas that tend to become stiff and sore for many of us who have desk jobs or a more sedentary lifestyle. You will learn a few practices that you can easily incorporate into your day – even off the yoga mat! Class size limited to 6 due to space requirements. Mats and props will be provided. Pre-registration is required. Please inform instructor prior to class if you have any current physical limitations or restrictions.
